You land on a company’s site with a real question — often a real reason to buy — and the best it offers is a contact form and a chatbot that loses the entire thread the moment you refresh. The conversation stalls, waiting on an email that comes tomorrow, and anything you’d rather just say out loud has nowhere to go.

How does the chat remember me with no login?
A lightweight, privacy-friendly device signal ties your thread and booking to this browser without an account or tracking cookies. Come back later and the conversation — and any meeting you booked — is still there, ready to continue.
Do the calls really run in the browser tab?
Yes. Audio and video use WebRTC straight in the tab — nothing to install. One or both founders can answer; if the line is busy or missed, it rolls over to our mobiles, and we can even ring you back into the same tab.
What gets transcribed, and in which languages?
Every call, video and voice note is transcribed live in English and Russian and dropped into the conversation, so the text record is written as you speak — not typed up afterwards.
